Clinical Supervision
“The therapist’s capacity to be present is more important than any technique.” — Irvin D. Yalom
Clinical supervision that grows more than just your license.
I’m deeply passionate about counselor supervision and committed to advancing competency in the field while expanding access to high-quality, healing care through the wholistic development of skilled clinicians.
As a supervisor, I feel honored to support counselors in growing not only their clinical skills, but also their self-awareness, confidence, and capacity for empathy. I believe effective therapists are not just technically proficient, but grounded, attuned, and continually evolving.
I bring over 16 years of supervision experience working with graduate students and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates in Colorado, and hold the Approved Clinical Supervisor credential (A.C.S. #4439) through the Center for Credentialing and Education. My background spans community mental health, graduate education, and private practice, allowing me to meet you where you are at any stage of development.
My approach integrates the Person-of-the-Therapist framework with Developmental and Discrimination Models, tailored to your learning style, strengths, and goals. My style is both professional and relational—supportive, collaborative, and thoughtfully challenging when it supports your growth.
Together, we focus on strengthening clinical skills, navigating ethics, refining your theoretical approach, building confidence with complex cases, and deepening self-awareness and authenticity in your work.
Our supervision will be both practical and reflective, exploring not only what you do in session, but how you show up.
If you’re ready to grow as a counselor, I offer a free consultation to connect, discuss your goals, and see if we’re a good fit.
